Shipping Policy

All orders are processed same day if placed before 3pm Dublin time (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

United States

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the USA. Most items, including the Irish Turf Candles and the Irish Candle Bundle are shipped directly from our warehouse in Indiana via tracked USPS 1-3 day services.

United Kingdom 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £50 to the United Kingdom. For orders under £50, all orders are sent via Tracked 48 Royal Mail at a flat rate price £4.50

Worldwide Shipping

We ship all products worldwide. Shipping charges vary by location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tenfire is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tenfire.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you're not totally happy with your purchase, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Conseils pour prolonger la durée de vie de votre bougie

Nous utilisons de la cire de soja à 100 % dans nos bougies et nos fondants, car elle provient d'une source renouvelable, brûle proprement et permet de fabriquer, à notre avis, les plus belles bougies. La cire de soja brûle longtemps et lentement, ce qui vous permet de profiter du parfum jusqu'à la toute fin.

Il y a un certain nombre de choses que vous pouvez faire pour vous assurer de pouvoir profiter de votre bougie jusqu'à la dernière lueur...

• lorsque vous allumez la bougie pour la première fois, laissez la cire fondre jusqu'au bord

• laisser la bougie brûler pendant au moins 2 heures lors de la première combustion

• coupez la mèche à 1/4 de pouce avant chaque utilisation

• placez la bougie sur une surface plane à l'abri des courants d'air, des rideaux, de la lumière du soleil et de la chaleur

• brûler pendant un maximum de 4 heures à la fois

• éteindre avec un éteignoir à bougie si possible

• arrêtez de l'utiliser lorsqu'il reste moins de 1/2 pouce de cire - il est maintenant temps de gratter la cire restante et de réutiliser votre boîte pour ce que vous voulez !!
