Featuring our elegant Big Candle, a highly fragranced regular candle tin and a natural rattan reed diffuser, this unique set is perfect for any occasion, adding warmth and a luxuriant scent to any room.

The soy wax candle tin gives over 40 hours burn time, while the Big Candle offers over 80 hours burn time and our 150ml reed diffuser will fill the air with gentle fragrance for at least two months.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed same day if placed before 3pm Dublin time (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

United States

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the USA. Most items, including the Irish Turf Candles and the Irish Candle Bundle are shipped directly from our warehouse in Indiana via tracked USPS 1-3 day services.

United Kingdom 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £50 to the United Kingdom. For orders under £50, all orders are sent via Tracked 48 Royal Mail at a flat rate price £4.50

Worldwide Shipping

We ship all products worldwide. Shipping charges vary by location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tenfire is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tenfire.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you're not totally happy with your purchase, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can 3-5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Consejos para ayudar a prolongar la vida de su vela

Utilizamos cera de soja 100 % en nuestras velas y velas fundidas porque proviene de una fuente renovable, se quema de forma limpia y, en nuestra opinión, produce las velas más bonitas. La cera de soja se quema durante mucho tiempo y de forma lenta, por lo que puedes disfrutar de la fragancia hasta el final.

Hay varias cosas que puedes hacer para asegurarte de poder disfrutar de tu vela hasta el último destello...

• Al encender la vela por primera vez, deje que la cera se derrita hasta el borde.

• Deje que la vela arda durante al menos 2 horas en el primer encendido.

• Recorte la mecha a 1/4 de pulgada antes de cada uso

• Coloque la vela sobre una superficie plana, alejada de corrientes de aire, cortinas, luz solar y calor.

• arder durante un máximo de 4 horas a la vez

• Apagar con un apagavelas si es posible

• deja de usarlo cuando quede menos de 1/2 pulgada de cera: ¡ahora es el momento de raspar la cera restante y reutilizar tu lata para lo que quieras!
